UPON RECEIPT OF FULL PAYMENT

The order is posted by the following business day

Holds up to 4kgs for each individual order via the shopping basket

PACKAGING OF ORDER

Each item has its own poly bag & packaged in a protective bubble wrap parcel for shipment

REFUND/EXCHANGE

In the unlikely event an item is faulty (i.e. determined to be a manufacturing defect) it can be refunded or exchanged providing it is returned within seven (7) business days in its original packaging

ORDER CANCELLATION

The order will automatically be cancelled if full payment is not received within five (5) business days

NON-RETURNABLE POLICY

We are not at liberty to make a refund/exchange if there is a change of mind or cancellation request once the order has been despatched & ready for postage
