UPON RECEIPT OF FULL PAYMENT

The order is posted by the following business day

MAXIMUM SHIPPING WEIGHT

Each custom made wrapped package can carry up to 4kgs of any products/items upon successfully completing an order via the shopping basket

PACKAGING OF COMPLETED ORDER

Each & every product/item has its own individual poly bag and then it is packaged in a custom sized wrapped parcel made of protective bubble wrap material for the process of shipment 

REFUND/EXCHANGE

In the unlikely event an item is faulty (i.e. determined to be a manufacturing defect) it can be refunded or exchanged providing it is returned within seven (7) business days in its original packaging

ORDER CANCELLATION

The order will automatically be cancelled if full payment is not received within five (5) business days

NON-RETURNABLE POLICY

We are not at liberty to make a refund/exchange if there is a change of mind or cancellation request once the order has been despatched & ready for postage
